Oblivious sees Michael Cassidy on top form with his emotional new-folk sound with distinctive brooding brogue, singing “I could light a beacon, still you’d never notice me”.
It’s always a delight when Michael visits the Highlands of Scotland but it’s eight years since we last captured Michael in session. So it was a great delight to see his cheeky smiling face appear at Belladrum Festival this year where we grabbed him for a couple of songs.
Oblivious is available now to stream and download on all platforms on 19th August 2022 via Scottish Fiction.
