Scottish singer Tamzene releases new soaring soulful pop single, You’re With Somebody Now’

Following the success of ​LastSong,​ ​Tamzene​ is back with another glorious pop single ‘You’re With Somebody Now.  It’s a track that speaks of heartbreak, nostalgia and regret, with the practical outlook that the past is the past and now things must change.

The track opens with Tamzene’s signature poignant piano accompanying her soulful voice. It builds builds into lush electronic sound all the time keeping Tamzene’s soaring vocals to the fore.  It’s a polished production without being over-produced and would fit perfectly in between Lewis Capaldi and Lana Del Ray on the BBC Radio 1 or 2 A list.  It’s a far cry from busking on the streets of Inverness.

The young singer, writer and multi-instrumentalist from the coastal town of Cromarty in the Scottish Highlands was first spotted busking on the streets of Inverness by bookers from Scotland’s Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival.  She has gone on to perform at leading showcase events MUSEXPO in LA, Live at Leeds, and The Great Escape. With her expanded live set up, she has graced festival stage up and down the country including, Latitude, Kendal Calling, TRNSMT, and Belladrum along with European festival dates at Sweden’s Live at Heart and Germany’s Reeperbahn Festival.
