Nestounds Session with Phillip Jon Taylor at The Tomatin Bothy: A Musical Journey
Nestled amidst the vibrant atmosphere of the Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival, The Tomatin Bothy served as an intimate haven for music enthusiasts seeking a more personal connection with their favourite artists. Among the many talented musicians who appeared for a “secret” session was Phillip Jon Taylor.
Phillip Jon Taylor, known for his work both as a solo artist and as part of the band PAWS, treated the lucky attendees to a mesmerising short set with a gorgeous Gretsch acoustic featuring a diverse selection of songs. Taylor performed three songs: “The Catalyst” from his latest album, De Nada, a rendition of Elliot Smith’s “Ballad of Big Nothing” and PAWS fan favourite, “Tongues”.
